12/18/2023 0 Comments Milwaukee m18 12v adapterI am in the mostly Milwaukee ecosystem (M18) but missed their past impact wrench deals and right now that stuff is too expensive. What the hell? What's the difference between 21 and 22? It says hog ring and pin detent on google, but I have no clue the advantages of one over the other. But who knows, maybe down the line, I will want to tinker with other things, so I worry that it might be too weak and I end up having to buy a stronger tool, which equals more money.Įdit- I see 3 versions of impact wrench available DCF922B, DCF921B, DCF923B. Also, why did you get rid of yours? All I plan to do is tire change for now. Thanks, Ill grab this as this would be my first impact wrench. Though if you use the 921 with a 1.7Ah Powder Stack, you're basically getting peak powder out of it with as compact a battery you can have on it at the same time. The 921 is a little more powerful but then it doesn't have the nice compact/lighter weight batteries the 12V model does. It's essentially the 20V version of the 12V DCF901 (one of which I sold recently). After that everything is RVs.įor a more in depth explanation of return trick or hack at HD see here:Īs for the tool the DCF921 is an awesome compact impact wrench-it's basically one of the best cordless compacts out there. The actual promo here is "buy the Powder Stack + Charger battery kit and get a tool free". Instead what should happen is the promo gets posted and then the RVs can be mentioned/posted there after. IMO it's not really kosher to post deals like this saying the tool is "$119.48" when there's a promo and return hack involved but that's what OP has done. Then they just scan one thing, scan the other, and boom you have the refund of the RV for that part of the promo. Best tip is when you are returning don't even give them the original receipt, just show them the barcode on the emailed receipt (make sure you use the email receipt feature at checkout). It's YMMV but the majority of stores and associates don't care. Does home depot not ask any questions? Or are they okay with this? And, for someone who doesn't know much about impact wrenches, how good is this wrench?
